• NM disease , MG,GB (MHx)

• compliance issue (not enough TV) ILD, PNA, edema, larger effusion, PTX, abdomen (ascites, compartment syndrome)

• bronchospasm (hard breath in, force exhalation) (asthma, COPD)
  -- Deep Breaths

• metabolic acidosis (systmeic issue lungs fine)

• resp alkalosis (sepsis, fever, brainstem)

• dead space issue (Q, perfussion issue, PE, O2 helps)
